Karan djordjevic
Karan is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Statesboro, GA. She has been providing exceptional real estate services to buyers and sellers since the 1990s. Karan has her degree from East Texas State University and a post-graduate degree from Southwest Texas University.
Karan spent time as a motivational speaker for Susan G. Komen and spoke to large corporations on Networking/Cultures/Business and Achieving Lifetime Goals. She also led a FEMA Team of 50 Nurses and Doctors deployed to major disasters throughout the US. Her experiences through the years have helped her to develop strong leadership and communication skills.
Karan was a member of the 2018 & 2019 Statesboro Board of Realtors Distinguished Sales Society. In 2019, she was awarded with Berkshire Hathaway’s Top 7% Sales Agents in the Nation. Karan is knowledgeable in all things real estate and enjoys helping clients achieve their goals. She is attentive, detail-oriented and genuinely cares about her clients. Karan specializes in New Home Construction and 1st Time Home Buyers and loves helping people to make their dreams come true.
Jenefer Crim
Jenefer Crim is a Neighborhood Sales Manager at Keystone Homes. She was born and raised in Southern West Virginia. Jenefer began her career in manufactured housing lending and has extensive experience in the areas of finance and sales.
Since moving to the Greater Savannah area in 2017, she has worked in New Home Sales. Jenefer received a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation and a Summit Award for Sales greater than $4 million from the National Home Builders Association. She is detail oriented and works hard for her clients. She provides excellent communication and follow up and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Online Sales Counselor
Sandy Barsiq is the Online Sales Counselor for Keystone Real Estate Group and Keystone Homes. She provides general information, answers questions, and helps connect customers with our neighborhood specialists.
Sandy has a Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry and received sales training from the Grant Cardone University. Her favorite thing about Keystone is the friendly atmosphere and the team support within the company.
In her spare time, Sandy loves spending time with her son, traveling, photography, and Martial Arts. Fun fact, Sandy is a third-degree black belt!
Myron Fowler

Myron Fowler has supervised the construction of over 500 homes. He is a qualifying party on Keystone Homes’ South Carolina General Contractor’s license.
Myron holds both Bachelor and Master degrees from Clemson University. He earned Residential Construction Superintendent and Certified Graduate Builder Designations from the National Association of Homebuilders.

Jeff Levinsohn was born and raised in Augusta, GA. He graduated from Augusta College with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.
Jeff began his career working in the lawn care industry. After 20 years, he transitioned to the construction industry with Keystone Homes in March 2018.
Jeff assists our Build On Your Land President with construction management and he manages all of Keystone Homes’ completed home checklists.
